Ok I realize May is over but these are our happenings from May. I am trying to do a post at least once a month now. This one is a little ridiculous with 29 pics but I'll make the comments short and sweet. (: Want to keep all these memories of my babies.
Wyatt is still into balloons. I'm hoping this picture gets a good laugh out of you. He makes balloon animals and now added to his specialties, hats.
Clark is into everything these days. Seems like I clean up one mess while he's making another. Sometimes I think what is the point of cleaning up and then I find a mess like the one above and remember that we need space to walk in our house.
And after putting dishes "away"
Clark likes to line up his cars just like Bianca used to line up her little people.
We got new neighbors, and they have a trampoline. Wyatt sets up a chair and just watches them, yeah, we're not stalkers or anything. The boy just covets your trampoline.
You think Clark is innocent and sweet, just look at the up to no good face. He thinks he's pretty tricky holding his sippie in his teeth.
I took the kids to the Levy a while ago. Took them down to the water to throw rocks in and look around. It was a lot of fun until Wyatt realized after being there 5 minutes that he REALLY had to go to the bathroom. So we ran all the way back up the stairs to the shopping center to use the restroom. Nice.
Clark just modeling one of his brothers hats. This is mid laugh. Too funny.
And my tiny little dancer! Bianca took a Ballet and Jazz dance class and these are pics from the day of her recital.
My two cuties. Don't ask about the shorts because I don't know.
One thing Clark loves to do is play in our sandbox. He's my first kid who has enjoyed this. And I love it because he tends to be very clingy so once he's out in the box he tends to stay there a while and it is wonderful.
Photo by Bianca. She loves to dress her brother up.
We got Wyatt his own bed to put in Bianca's room. Even though he has an awesome bunk bed in his room he won't leave Bianca's room to sleep. He was just on his mattress on the floor but we caved and bout him a bed. Too bad he never uses it! These two are turkeys!
The turtle incident: Our new neighbors found this turtle in their front yard and called animal control. Turns out it was a snapping turtle and was very dangerous. I'm glad I didn't find it, yikes!
I've been WAY into flowers this year and these are my favorites so far. My begonias. Aren't they beautiful!? I could seriously stare at them all day. I'll have to make a separate post about my flowers and garden, I've really been getting into it this year.
Wyatt making "tomato cage art"
Wyatt graduated from pre school. He was ready!
And here are more dance pictures.... Top is her jazz outfit, bottom ballet.
Clark at 16 months, playing in the backyard.
Clark loves to be outside. We walk around the block once in the morning and once after dinner. And if he doesn't get his walk in, he'll make sure to tell you. Whenever he hears an airplane he points to the sky and says, "Oh." And he rarely misses one. He also giggles when he sees birds hopping and flying, he's hard to keep indoors.
When he is indoors this is one of his favorite toys. A cheap stacker. He will spend lots of time stacking and unstacking.
And my cuties watching one of their new favorite movies, "The adventures of shark boy and lava girl" in 3D. Phew, craziness!
Another couple of notes. Clark is going to sleep on his own now! It's bittersweet. I used to rock him until he tried to get out of my arms one day and I figured I had to just put him in the crib so I stayed in his room until he would fall asleep and now I rock him a little, kiss him and put him in bed and I really consider it a miracle. Even more miraculous is (I'm afraid to write this for fear of jinxing it but he is sleeping through the night!) My first baby who has slept through the night! The other two kiddies didn't until they were 3.
Wyatt is STILL a big drinker. He only weighs 35 lbs. He would rather drink juice and milk all day than eat so we are working on that. He does eat healthy though, he likes broccoli and steak. He is very excited to go to kindergarten. Him and I have our routine down pretty well during the day and we enjoy spending time together. He still has his imaginary friend "Matty". And I'm glad because sometimes I wouldn't know what he was thinking if I didn't overhear conversations between him and Matty.
Bianca only has a few more days of school left. She loves school and her friends there. She comes home almost everyday and tells me she invited someone over to play. She is still missing her two front teeth. She wants to be a bus driver, and teacher and a dentist when she grows up. She loves to read and do crafts.
WE are all looking forward to bible school this Summer, a trip to Michigan and a trip to CA and Disneyland!
And that's all for now!
I love that his imaginary friend is named "Matty"!
ReplyDeleteHook Wyatt up with some binoculars and a catheter. Based on my reading of this post, these could come in handy.
