MAS

My good friend and missionary companion came to visit us about a week ago. I posted some pics on my facebook account that some of you may have already seen but Mas doesn't check her FB hardly ever so this is mostly for her. I wasn't even going to make a post about the visit but I've been thinking about it a lot for some reason.
I feel really grateful to have a friend like her. Those of you who have served missions know that you get to know your companions pretty well, since you are together 24/7. I was with Mas during a really difficult time of my mission and let's just say, she's seen me at my lowest. It was a blessing to have her as my companion at that time, she really helped me through it. Don't get me wrong we had a lot of fun together too. But it means a lot to me that she's seen the best and the worst of me and still wants to be my friend!
She came to my apartment the night before my wedding day, spent the night, then did my hair in an up do the next morning. She was there the whole day. She may not ever tell me, but I know how much she cares about me because she is always there when it matters most. I love you Mas!

She and her family came to visit in October 2007 while they were in UT. I can't believe how little Spencer looks here.

This is her and Garret this year when they came to visit us in OH.

Bianca was so sad when they left. She and Preston, (Mas's oldest) really got a long well. They slept together on Bianca's floor both nights they were here. And they kept calling each other "that boy" or "that girl" because they couldn't remember each other's names. It was funny. But they always wanted to be together. Bianca told me when they were driving away, "I just wanted them to stay here forever."

Eric and Garrett got along swimmingly. They talked more than Mas and I did I think. Garrett is in the military working on becoming a Dr.

Here is Spencer (Mas's youngest) with Wyatt, having some mac and cheese. I pull out all the stops for my guests. haha.

Here is Bianca reading a story to Preston. They both wore their pull ups and just shirts to bed, so cute.

And here is Rachel (Mas's real name) and my girl playing Guess Who. Bianca is taking a minute to talk to Salta.

Thanks for coming to visit us Jackson's! And thanks for being such a good friend to me always Mas.
