Turkey Day

Of all days to get a cold, I had to get one on Thanksgiving. I couldn't smell or taste anything! I look forward to Thanksgiving all year mostly because of the food so you can imagine how sad I was. Bianca and Wyatt are also sporting colds now, probably thanks to me. The day was good though, rather peaceful actually, except for when Bianca threw up all over the living room while choking on a cracker. We cooked some side dishes, Eric found a recipe for sweet potatoes from Ruth's Kris steak house that he made and Eric's parents made the turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes. Mandy and Ben came over and we watched "The Office" while cooking and visiting. I made a cherry pie, and a chocolate cheesecake for a get-together that we had at our cousins house later that night. Overall it was a nice day, and at least we have leftovers so when I get my senses back I can enjoy those.(:
