Gingerbread House

Grandma got this gingerbread house kit at Costco for us. It came with the pieces already cut out all we had to do was put the frosting on to stick them together and add the candies. It was a lot of fun. Although I'm surprised we got as far as we did with Bianca eating all the candies. Her favorite candy is the candy cane. She loves peppermint. This was a group effort of Bianca, Mommy, Grandma, and Aunt Mandy.

  1. That turned out so cute! I tried one of those about 6 years ago. I couldn't get the frosting the right consistency and it wouldn't hold. I think I got a "lemon"

Very cute! I love Christmas. We get a tree right after Thankgsiving and I can't wait for my house to smell like a tree.

  3. Cute! That's a family tradition for us, but we don't do it every year, because we do it from scratch, and it's a huge project. Last year when all the siblings and their families were together we made a whole village. My little family did the church. :) (I'll try to put a link to some pictures on my blog, but I don't know if it'll work...)
