FHE at the Temple

In all my frustration today I forgot to post about our family home evening last night. It was really nice. Bianca loves to sing Primary songs and the one she is learning right now is "I love to see the Temple." So we told her we would take her soon. We went at night and when we saw it from the car Bianca got so excited, she said, "Look Mommy! Look Daddy! Look Wyatt! Look Bear (her stuffed animal bear). So we parked in the lot but since it was a Monday the gates were closed. We didn't know they would be. But we got out of the car anyway and looked around, we talked about the temple and it's importance and how we got married there and how the guy's name on top is Moroni. We got ready to go but Bianca didn't want to leave, she wanted to go in the gates. We told her we would come again and coaxed her into the car with the promise of a slurpee on the way home. On the way home we listened to the temple song and Bianca was very happy. It was a great family night.
