I had my 34 week check up yesterday and Dr. noticed that I am swelling quite a bit, but I am ok. He did however suggest that I get my wedding ring cut off because it wouldn't come off on it's own and I can't have it on for surgery. So today I went to get it cut off. I don't know if you can tell by this picture but my finger is permanently smaller where my ring was. It's a good thing I got it cut off today because the jeweler could barely fit the cutters under the ring! You don't even want to see my feet. Ugh. Can you say fat anyone?Friday, June 29, 2007

WHoah- you seriously had to get your ring cut off? So does that mean you have to get a new one after a while or you'll just get that one fixed?

I swelled pretty bad too and my hand looked just like that. I actually had to remove my ring around 5 months and I BARELY got it off...it got stuck halfway, purple finger with vessels popping the whole bit. Just as I was about to jump in the car to run to Fire Station 2 down the street to have them cut it off, I was able to get it off.
