Boys will be boys

My little Wyatt is becoming such a sweet boy. Yes, he talks a lot and obsesses about balloons but he's got a lot of positive qualities that I'm just now noticing. He's very obedient. He might gripe or shrug his shoulders about doing something but he will do it. Which is quite a different story with his sister. He enjoys helping me around the house and is super good at sharing and saving some food or some of whatever he gets for "gaca" (Bianca). Bianca is good at showing him how to do things and taught him how to play on the computer. Here he is playing on the nick Jr. website making a spin art for Daddy. He takes his work very seriously.

He gets really excited about little things which I love. Like when I told him we could put up some little Christmas decorations he said, "Yes!", and jumped. This kid is a joker too. Sarcastic even at his young age. I told him the other night that I didn't want to hear a peep out of him when I put him to bed. His response was, "peep." Yeah he is his Daddy's son. When I ask him what he did at school he tells me things like, I played with farts, or jumped on a butt. Those words are hilarious to him right now which makes for lovely conversation at the dinner table especially when we have guests. We're working on it.

He's been drawing more and loves to just be at home playing with his batcave, cars, and recently Mommy's gameboy. His favorite game is excitebike. And no, he is not getting a DS for Christmas. (: I feel somewhat guilty because he's been getting put off a little lately. When he's at school in the mornings Bianca loves it bc she can have me all to herself, so I end up playing with her the whole time. Then when she goes to school and Wy is home with me I do chores around the house or nap so he's often left to play alone. He does play better alone than his sister but I've noticed that I've been neglecting him in that way lately so I make sure we play a game together or ball or something and he's very happy. What can I say, he's grown on me. Today he saw a pair of scissors on the floor and told me. He said, "Mom, I see something dangerous on the floor and I don't want you to get hurt." I just picked him up and squeezed him, he really is a good boy and he's always looking out for others. He told Bianca the other day that he's the big brother so he will "pretect" her if she's scared. I thought that was so sweet. That's my little WyWy.
