This is a new addition to the front, and the first thing Wyatt sees when we drive into the parking lot. He gets so excited and says, "Dinsoor!" And laughs and claps. He loves the museum.
They have craft time in the children's museum once a week I think, we happened to be there when they were doing one so the kids got to participate. Bianca made this sad snowman. I don't know why she wanted to make him sad, but I thought it was cute anyway.
I thought this was a cute picture of us, unfortunately it is a little blurry. ):
Wyatt looking at the Ankylosaurus:
At the Natural History museum we went into the ice caves, it's not real ice but they do make it pretty chilly in there so you can feel like it's real. I was holding Wyatt and Eric was holding Bianca because they were both scared. Daddy got a laugh out of Bianca when he did the "chilly" face.
They have a little sand area where the kids can play. I told the kids they are going to be in REAL sand soon in Cali. Woot Woot. They love that they can take their shoes off and feel their toes in the sand.
Before we went to the museum, we visited Newport on the Levy which is just across the Ohio river in Kentucky. Eric and I went on a date here last week and wanted to bring the kids, we thought they would enjoy looking at the river and the bookstore, ect.
The view from where we were standing..... Looking over at Ohio.
