So we've been to a lot. lot,.lot of birthday parties lately. All of them have been a blast to go to. But the one that stands out in my mind the most, and the one I took the most pictures at was Stella's 3rd birthday party at Parky's Farm. Just to prove that it really was a Barnyard Bash, see below:
The kids had a great time chasing chickens around..... in between their bites of lunch.
Here are the kids all around the cake, singing Happy Birthday... She had a Diego party, so Sara made a little rescue mission on the cake. It was very cute.
And having some drinks. I caught a little shot of the Dora pinata. Of course it was a shot of her head, can't miss it....
They have this indoor play yard there that we've never been to. You have to pay a couple bucks to get in but if I'd have known about the 2 ball pits that were inside we would have definitely gone already. Wyatt was in heaven. Although he did get a little scared when he started to drown in the balls.
How cute is my tractor boy? He was acting so grown up on his little John Deere.
He even got to ride a pony, which he LOVED. At first he was a little apprehensive to get on, but then as we went around the trail he perked up. After he got off of the horse, he said, "I did it!" He was very proud of himself.
And my little princess... She can't go to a party without her dress and crown. But note the tennis shoes. Gotta love it. haha.
Daddy took the day off of work to play with us and come to the party too. Wyatt was happy to have some extra time with him.
And last but certainly not least, the Birthday Girl, Stella!!! Happy Birthday cutie! And thanks for the invite to your awesome party.

Yep, you're living in the midwest alright :) I love it...makes me a little homesick. I spent all day planning my kids b-day party that is a dora/diego theme, so it must be a popular thing to do (especially since every store is sold out of the plates,napkins,etc). Loved reading your anniversary post, too. Happy Anniversary - glad to know we're not the only ones who have chosen the couch before :) And why does it always seem to happen on or right before the anniversary? For some reason that day brings about the biggest fight of the year. Not good. Anyway, you guys are really cute! And we miss you!
