We took the cheap way out for our first pumpkin this year and got it at Walmart. We are planning a trip to the pumpkin patch next week. Mommy carved this one with the help of Bianca pushing the pieces out.
Bianca was very pleased with herself that she helped, also that she wasn't scared of the pumpkin face. This is the first year she has been scared at Halloween things. As she tells us almost everyday, "Mommy I saw scaries today."
When we were heading off to do bedtime books Bonk went up to the pumpkin and gave him a goodnight kiss.
I'm Dave Vawdrey's brother Eric. This may seem strange but we live in Dave and Alicia's old place, and Dave left us a ton of pumpkins. You guys can come have your pick if you are so inclined. You don't even have to have us at home, just come take some so we don't have to throw them out.
